The delegation toured around the research labs at SZBL and conducted exchange with SZBL postdocs.
Dr. Zhang Xinhao introduced SZBL’s work on postdoctoral affairs to the delegates before proceeding to discuss about topics relating to innovation in postdoctoral mechanism. He expressed the hope to take this exchange as an initial for further personnel attachment and research cooperation between SZBL and SZVUP, and to open up new paths for scientific mechanism innovation, talent acquisition and sci-tech development in Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area.
Chang Liang, Head of the Postdoctoral Affairs at the SZVUP, gave an overview on their work and achievement of postdoc management and development. He pointed out that postdoctoral talent cultivation and services remained key focuses in SZVUP’s overall work.
