Proof of Concept
The integration of clinical expertise and scientific research is essential in driving biomedical innovation. At this symposium, thematic discussions on cancer treatment brought together leading experts to share insights from clinical and research perspectives.
Dr. Yan Qin, Deputy Director of the Medical Oncology Department and Head of the GCP Office at Shenzhen Center of the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, delivered a presentation titled "Target Selection and Clinical Optimization of Anti-tumor Drugs".
Dr. Changzheng Lu, a Junior Principal Investigator at the Institute of Cancer Research of SZBL shared his journey with a presentation titled "Bridging the Gap: From Basic Research to Proof of Concept".
Participants engaged in extensive discussions on three key themes: clinical needs and product design in biomedicine, experimental design, and capital and business plans.
Participants left the event with a comprehensive understanding of the critical stages in proof of concept for biomedicine and a strengthened network of industry peers. Bay Charm remains committed to its mission of "aligning with leading international standards and fostering close partnerships" to transform biomedical concepts "from invisible to invincible".
