On November 1, SZBL was honored with its first Shenzhen Talent Scout Prize since establishment at the award ceremony of the 4th Shenzhen Talent's Day. Ten institutions, SZBL included, were awarded the Shenzhen Talent Scout Prize 2020. Secretary of Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee Wang Weizhong presented the prizes to the winning institutions. SZBL Executive Vice Director Wu Yun-Dong attended the ceremony and received the prize on behalf of SZBL. The Shenzhen Talent Scout Prize is set to recognize efforts and contributions in talent acquisition that brings high intellectual vitality to the city since the year of 2016. As a city greatly values science, education and innovation, Shenzhen has been attracting talents across the globe to join its every sector. To date, 83 institutions from local Shenzhen were honored with the Shenzhen Talent Prize to both recognize the hardwork of their talents and encourage further efforts of gathering talents.
