November 8, Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (SZBL) welcomed the Construction Project Group of International Sci-Tech Information Center. The group was delegated by HAN Tao, Director of the Construction Project of the International Sci-Tech Information Center.
The International Sci-Tech Information Center is projected in terms of the national mission to serve and support the development of a global hub for sci-tech innovation in the Greater Bay
Area. To better clarify the scientific needs that underpin such blueprint, the delegates met with representatives from both the SZBL and the National Supercomputing Center in Shenzhen (NSCCSZ). TANG Renhua, Vice Director of NSCCSZ, and CAO Yang, Deputy Director of the SZBL Office for Research, joined the meeting with the delegates.
The delegation received briefing from SZBL. Specifically, the delegates looked into the needs of SZBL regarding data resources, intellectual property and sci-tech information. Both SZBL and the project group were looking forward to further exchange and cooperation on the construction International Sci-Tech Information Center and the establishment of a sci-tech information system for SZBL.
