A SZBL delegation visited Shenzhen International Institute for Biomedical Research (SIIBR) on March 5, 2020. The delegation was led by TU Huan and joined by other SZBL division heads and researchers. ZHOU Guoying, Dean of SIIBR, received the delegation. The two parties held a meeting to share latest developments and discuss on future collaboration.

ZHOU Guoying introduced the development process, organizational structure, management mode, talent absorption and technology transfer of SIIBR. TU Huan briefed on the construction background, global collaboration, development process and latest progress, and future planning of SZBL. CAO Yang, Head of the Office for Research of SZBL, brought details concerning the research deployment and program management mechanisms adopted by SZBL. Upon meeting, the two parties talked over issues on institutional management, talent acquisition, technology transfer, program management and intellectual property. The two parties reached intention for cooperation on the meeting.
